*Basic Handyman Services is not responsible for damages caused by natural causes such as wind storms, tornados, hail damage, rain, lightning damage, earth quakes, etc. These events will not be covered under any warranty offered by Basic Handyman Services.
1. Do you have a min service charge?
Yes, we have a min trip charge of $100.00 to help cover fuel, labor and etc.
2. Do you warranty your work?
Yes, we warranty our work for 1-year unless noted otherwise.
3. Are you Licensed, Insured, carry Workers Compensation?
Yes, we are licensed in Forsyth county, insured up to 1 million dollars and carry workers compensation.
4. Do you give free estimates?
Yes, but the only time we charge is when someone is in need of an estimate for closing on newly purchased home.
5. Do you use subcontractors?
Yes, only when we have too. The customer is notified upfront.
